Answer:
Yes usa made very good linesman pliers
2.Question:
How well do these work on cutting RG6 and RG11 including ones with the messenger?
Answer:
They will cut your stated cable easily as I just replaced my original pair of over 18 years. I used my original pair daily as I do my new pair. I am a commercial electrician and these are the only "lineman pliers" I will use.
3.Question:
Are these pliers insulated?
Answer:
The coated handles will provide protection up to 120V. I know because I've accidentally cut into live 120V wires with these pliers without getting shocked. These pliers are not insulated for high voltage (above 120V) work.
